Educational Qualification and Experience

1. Radiotherapy Technician

• B.Sc. in Radiotherapy Technology (3-year course) with 2 years' experience operating radiotherapy equipment in an established centre, or
• Diploma in Radiotherapy Technology (2-year course) with 3 years' experience in the same field.
• The qualification must be from an institute approved by the Atomic Energy Regulatory Board (AERB).

2. O.T. Technician

• B.Sc. (Anesthesia & Operation Theatre Technology), or
• B.Sc. (OT Technology) or B.Sc. (Anesthesia Technology) from a recognized university or institute.

3. Patient Care Manager (PCM)

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences with a full-time postgraduate qualification in Hospital or Healthcare Management from a recognized university.
• At least one year of hospital experience after the postgraduate degree.
• Key duties: Managing Patient Care Coordinators, ensuring their full attendance and arranging replacements during absences, acting as the first point of escalation, managing patient movement from the waiting area to OPDs in batches, and overseeing process implementation.

4. Patient Care Coordinator (PCC)

• Full-time Bachelor's degree. Life Sciences is preferred, but a degree in any field is acceptable.
• One year of hospital experience after graduation.

5. Medical Lab Technician (MLT)

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or Medical Laboratory Science (with Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology) from a government-recognized university or institution.
• Two years of experience after the degree in the relevant field.

6. Data Entry Operator (DEO)

• Minimum 12th pass from a recognized board or institution.
• Good knowledge of Windows, Word and Excel, plus a DOEACC or equivalent course, and working knowledge of the internet and email.
• Typing speed of more than 35 words per minute in English.
• No experience required.

7. Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS)

• Matriculation (10th pass) from a recognized board or institution.
• Experienced candidates will be preferred, but freshers may also be considered.

8. Khalasi

• Matriculation (10th pass) from a recognized board or institution.
• Preference may be given to candidates with experience in maintenance, shifting, loading-unloading or material handling.

Age Limit

• Patient Care Manager: Maximum 40 years
• Patient Care Coordinator: Maximum 35 years
• Medical Lab Technician: 21 to 35 years
• Data Entry Operator: 18 to 40 years
• Multi-Tasking Staff: 18 to 35 years

The notification does not state an age limit for Radiotherapy Technician, O.T. Technician or Khalasi. Age will be calculated as on the advertisement's publishing date, 01 October 2026. The notification does not mention any age relaxation.

Selection Process

1. BECIL will scrutinize all online applications and shortlist candidates based on the eligibility criteria for each post.
2. Meeting the minimum qualification does not guarantee an interview call. Preference may be given to candidates with higher qualifications or more relevant experience.
